Established clients may contact Dr. Chanté via phone or email for questions pertaining to health and recommended natural therapies. Discussions that require more than 5 minutes will be associated with a fee.

Cancellation Policy

New client consultations require a $50 deposit which will be deducted from the initial consultation fee after services rendered.

In an effort to best serve clients, please give at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. In the event that an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
